Access to Exo Payroll after Licence Expiry

What can be performed in Exo Payroll once the License has expired

In order to be able to Print Reports and Payslips, or Email them, it is necessary to have the Minimum Licence renewed. This is a 20 Employee Licence.

What restrictions are in place when the Licence is expired.

  1. The system is fully useable for 30 days after Licence expiry, this means any function can be performed.
  2. Once the 30 Days after Expiry has past:
  3. You can not enter any new Data, eg Employees or Pay Runs
  4. All Reports are available for Preview only, Reports cannot be sent to PDF or CSV nor can pay slips be emailed.

What you can do with an expired Licence:

  1. STP Functionality is fully functional, note you may need to Upgrade to the latest version in order for the STP Security Certificate to be current, ie if you get an error 403.
  2. All Grid screens (found under Report Views) are still able to be exported to Excel, e.g. Staff List, Pay List and Leave Balance View also the Leave Entitlement Adjustment Views found under Utilities.
