MYOB Acumatica – AI Features Overview & How to Enable Them

MYOB Acumatica’s new AI features turn routine tasks into quick, automated processes. From reading bills and expenses for you to spotting anomalies and assisting with data entry, AI helps reduce manual effort and improves accuracy — giving your team more time to focus on what matters.

 

1. What AI Features Are Available?

MYOB now delivers powerful AI capabilities across three key areas to streamline document-heavy work:

AI Assistance

Helps you complete tasks faster with smart suggestions and auto-completion, reducing repetitive typing and improving accuracy.

AI Automation

Automatically captures and processes information from bills, expenses, bank documents and other uploads — eliminating manual data entry and speeding up document processing.

AI Advisor

Analyses your financial data to highlight unusual activity, inconsistencies or anomalies, giving you greater confidence and control over your transactions.

2. System Requirements

To enable and use MYOB Acumatica’s AI features, your site must be:

  • Running version 2025.1 or higher

 

3. How to Enable the AI Features

Admins can turn these features on through Enable/Disable Features in MYOB Acumatica.

4. Pricing (2026 Price List)

The AI features operate on a usage-based model.
Pricing tiers apply based on the number of processed pages per month.

The 2026 pricing (effective 1 January 2026) includes:

  • Up to 30 pages – Included

  • Up to 150 pages – $75/month

  • Up to 300 pages – $165/month

  • Up to 1,250 pages – $325/month

  • Up to 5,000 pages – (refer to full price list)

  • Additional tiers available in the official price list
