MYOB Advanced Certification requirements plus practical internal training for MYOB Advanced consultants

Introduction


This article sets out the minimum training requirements for all consultants that provide services on behalf of BusinessHub Pty Ltd in relation to MYOB Advanced, including:

Minimum MYOB Advanced Certification Requirements


The Operations Manager facilitates the enrolment of all Consultants in MYOB Academy so that they can complete the following minimum training within the timeframes specified below.

Consultant Team MYOB Advanced Certification Timeframe
Support & Operations, Client Onboarding or Client Success Team (Payroll & WFM focus)
MYOB Advanced Payroll Implementer Certification
MYOB Workforce management with Advanced Payroll: Employee onboarding
MYOB Advanced Workforce Management Implementer Certification

Within 2 weeks of employee commencement.

'Stay Current' certification to be completed twice-yearly within 2 weeks of release by MYOB.

Support & Operations, Client Onboarding or Client Success Team (Business / ERP focus)
Level 1: MYOB Advanced Business Implementer Certification
Level 2: MYOB Advanced Business Implementer Certification (covering Data Retrieval and Analysis, Integration Scenarios, Analytical Reports, Dashboard and Widget Design)

Within 2 weeks of employee commencement.

'Stay Current' certification to be completed twice-yearly within 2 weeks of release by MYOB.

Client Onboarding or Client Success Team (Business / ERP focus) Level 3: MYOB Advanced Business Implementer Certification (project management)

Within 3 weeks of employee commencement.

Business Development or Client Success Team  MYOB Advanced Sales Certification Within 2 weeks of employee commencement.
MYOB Advanced or Acumatica Badges (in area of specialisation) As approved by your Manager As outlined in your Performance and Development Plan (PDP).

Internal Training


The following internal training videos are to be viewed as required to assist Consultants in developing practical technical skills.  They should be viewed by all Consultants in the Support & Operations, Client Onboarding and Client Success Teams who have completed Level 2 MYOB Advanced Business Implementer Certification but are not already proficient in the areas covered below.
