2FA access to MYOB Advanced can be removed in order to associate a User to a new Secure Authentication Account
Purpose
It may be necessary to remove the association between a user’s MYOB Advanced login and their Secure Authentication login, for example, if a user needs to associate their Advanced login with a different Secure Authentication login.
This can be done in two places in the MYOB Advanced system:
- In the Users screen (SM201010) - as a Full User Licence / Administrator Role User removing 2FA for other users.
- In the User Profile screen (SM203010) - as the User removing 2FA for themselves.
Disclaimer: This information about how to use MYOB Advanced is of a generic nature and is based on information supplied by MYOB. Not to be relied on for legal, accounting or employment advice.
