Entitlement 'Storage Space' Warning

MYOB selects a Storage Space Plan that is best suited for your site. If you happen to exceed this allocated space, a warning message will appear and cannot be removed by MYOB.

While MYOB currently does not charge for additional storage, this may change in the future.

How to manage Storage Space

There are steps you can take which should be considered normal housekeeping of a database which may decrease your Storage Space usage:

  • Remove any test, demo or training tenants on production that are not required. Increases database size and can impact site performance.
  • Delete any snapshots that are no longer required.
  • Audit History – only audit what is required.
  • Access History – periodically export to excel, zip, store, then delete history in system.
  • Automation schedule history – set the schedule to remember last 25 runs or so.  Don’t set to 1 as sometime run history is useful.

MYOB Site Performance Issues

MYOB has confirmed that exceeding your Storage Space is unlikely to have an impact on the performance of your site.
