About BusinessHub's Client Success Plans

BusinessHub offers Premium, Standard and Basic Success Plans to help our clients throughout their business digitisation journey

Our Success Plans set out the terms on which we offer to provide: 

(a) Plan Support during the Plan Term for the Plan Fee; plus 

(b) any other Services that you may request and we agree to provide from time to time, including Services provided under any Quote issued by us during the Plan Term.  

Premium Success Plan

Our Premium Success Plan is designed for clients who are keen to improve their ROI in MYOB Advanced by continuously improving how they use the system as each upgrade major occurs and new features become available.  As a result, they tend to have higher support and/or consulting requirements so they benefit from the 6-monthly System Reviews, upgrade assistance and 30-minutes of Plan Support per issue that is included in their Plan Fee plus the lowest rate we offer on Consulting Services.

Standard Success Plan

The Standard Success Plan has all the Basic Success Plan inclusions plus a discounted hourly rate on Consulting Services. Our Standard Success Plan is designed for clients who have mastered the basic system functionality but are continuing to invest in how they use the system, so as a result, they do not require much support but they do access consulting services.   

Basic Success Plan

Our Basic Success Plan is designed for those clients who have a high level of internal capability and require only minimal assistance with MYOB Advanced, so this plan just covers the essentials - licence administration and escalation of proven software errors to MYOB for investigation and resolution.
