Unable to create new tenant - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Steps to Produce Error

1. Go to Tenants screen - SM203520
2. Hit + to create a new tenant
3. Set name for new tenant
4. Hit Save

Upon hitting save, it will start to create new tenant but eventually error with: 

Error : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Resolution

Steps to resolve:

1. Go to Security Preferences
2. Change Notification Manager to the user trying to create the new tenant, e.g.:
3. Once tenant created, revert Notification Manager back to previous setting.
