You can manually lock Users out of MYOB Acumatica and it will lock automatically if numerous (usually 3 or more) unsuccessful access attempts have been made
Purpose
A full user with administrator access can unlock a user from the Users screen if they have accidentally locked themselves out of your MYOB Acumatica site. This can occur as a result of entering their password incorrectly too many times or otherwise infringed your site's Security Preferences. Alternatively, the account will usually unlock automatically after 15 minutes.
After an account is locked, the User will see the following error when attempting to log in.

Before you start
Only a Full User who has been assigned the Administrator role can unlock another user of your Advanced site.
How to Unlock a User Account
- Navigate to and open the Users screen (SM201010).
- Use the search bar to find and select the relevant user in the Login field.
- Click the Unlock User button on the form toolbar.
