Changing your login email address (username) in Workforce Management

If an employee needs to update their Login Username it must be done from their employee profile on the web app.

Purpose


Prior to version 9.8 an Administrator could change an employee's login username email address after they have been onboarded in MYOB Workforce Management, this is no longer the case and needs to be updated by the employee themselves.

The need to change an employee's login username may arise as a result of the employee being onboarded in MYOB Workforce Management using their personal email address but wishing to use their work email address going forward.

Changing your login username 


  1. Click your name at the top-right of the screen, and go to My Profile.
  2. Open the Settings tab.
  3. Click Update Login Username.

    The Update Login Username panel opens.
  4. Enter your new Login Username, as well as your password for verification.
  5. Click Update to complete the change.
